Your saved product IDs stay in this browser’s local storage. They are not an account or a backup. A shared shortlist link includes those product IDs, so anyone with the link can view that selection.

Accounts and reviews

When you sign in, favourites are stored in your account. Device saves stay separate unless you choose to copy them. Reviews show your public alias after moderation. Company claims and promotion requests are private until approved. Account pages use essential session and security cookies.

Optional location

A city search filters our known places. Device location is requested only when you choose it, used for approximate distance in this browser, and cleared when you leave. We do not include location in activity counts. Opening a merchant or map link uses that service’s own privacy settings.

Simple activity counts

We count visits to product links, saves and partnership email clicks. These events contain an action type and, when relevant, a product ID. Search text and email content are not included. The host may retain ordinary access logs.

We also count requests that identify themselves as search, answer or training agents, by agent name and page. That record holds no address, no query text and no visitor identifier, and it is deleted after 30 days. It exists so we can check whether assistants and search services can reach these pages.

How we fund this

We are exploring clearly labelled paid features for food makers. Paid placements and affiliate links are labelled where they appear. We do not sell products or take card payments on this site.
